With a dismal extradition record, will India be ever able to bring back Nirav Modi?

The CBI has approached Interpol for assistance in locating Nirav Modi and his family. His passport has been revoked. However, India sits over a dismal extradition record. From Lalit Modi to Nirav Modi, India has hardly managed to extradite anyone, despite extradition treaties in place. All sorts of notices would be issued, Nirav Modi's properties would be seized. But bringing him back to India to face trail is by no means, a foregone conclusion. What do you think?
